BREAKING NEWS-Appeal Court tells NDLEA not to pay Baba Suwe N25mn

 

The court overturned the ruling of a high court.
The Court of Appeal in Lagos has quashed the N25 million damages awarded to popular actor, Babatunde Omidina , popularly known as Baba Suwe .
Bamidele Aturu, Mr. Omidina’s lawyer, said that he would appeal the ruling.

The appellate court overturned the ruling of a high court that awarded the money to Baba Suwe over his detention by the drug agency, NDLEA , for allegedly ingesting hard drugs.
